We brought him in to have them check his ear for an infection and the vet Marius and vet tech Jackie were both friendly, informative and took great care of Blaze. Our dog Blaze usually doesn’t like strangers and they were both patient and kind with him while he warmed up to them. They gave us medication and the information we needed to help his ear get better and they even sent a text the next day to check on him. Definitely will be back and definitely would recommend them!"

"I recently visited this vet with my cat who ended up needing to have surgery for a blockage. He is our baby and I was super nervous to leave him there and handle his recovery in the best way possible. Dr Hewitt was amazing and incredibly patient as she answered every question I had and treated him very gently. I also was given paperwork to take home and told many times by the techs we interacted with to call with any questions I had. I ended up having to call with two different concerns and was probably annoying but they were super patient and understanding. We immediately switched this vet to our main vet and have been there three times since! I would 100% recommend this vet to anyone and have only had great experiences."

They were quick to get me in both times I've visited and were very helpful over text during my pets recovery. The staff all knew her by name, remembered her from our last visit and were so kind and patient with her. My dog is actually NOT anxious at this vet!
I had to bring my dog in for an intestinal blockage. They were quick to examine her, run tests, and walk me through my recovery options. They always were up front on costs before doing anything as well which I greatly appreciated.
My dog ended up needing surgery which they were able to perform same day and I took my dog home that night.
They are NOT 24 hour which is unfortunate as they are a great emergency vet. but they are 7 days a week with long open hours. And they did mention its something they want to try in the future.
I don't have a lot of comparison for costs but I believe they are reasonable. Their base visits (both scheduled and emergency) are ~$64 which is much cheaper than many regular vet visits, especially for emergency care. For my whole first visit, xray's, ultrasounds, blood work, and then a full surgery and all that's involved in that, I paid $6k. Luckily I had insurance (Pets Best) so I am being reimbursed for about 75% of it. But regardless, I think it was a good price.
They DO have a 3% surcharge fee on credit card purchases which is understandable."

"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Vasilescu (Dr. V) and the entire team at the clinic. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and very nice, and the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. We hardly had to wait at all—everything was handled remarkably fast and efficiently!
Dr. V’s assistant was incredibly caring, polite, patient, and so gentle with Ruckus, our sweet dog. As for Dr. V he was wonderfully patient with every single one of our questions, answering each one cordially, respectfully, and thoroughly. He took the time to explain every detail, reviewed all the options clearly, and never made us feel rushed. You can immediately tell how deeply educated and experienced he is in his field.

"It has taken me weeks to write this review but i really would like to highlight the compassion, empathy, and patience that Dr Cook and ER staffing has. Our little guy Booma of 14.5 years had been diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and we tried antibiotics for a week. Poor guy did not respond and it turned into sepsis and things went downhill really quickly and on a Saturday. Booma was in a lot of pain and unfortunately our family decided the humane thing would be to put him down. Dr. Cook was simply amazing during this whole process, took the time to explain options, explain the process and showed so much compassion and truly cared what was happening to our little family. Even though our family did not have the outcome we wanted, this ER and staff truly cares. They also did a really nice memorial cremation box and paw print for our little guy. "Herriman Pet Vet saved my little Yorkie's life. I did not know what was wrong with him. I thought he had a stroke or a seizure and then noticed some swelling. I took him in and they asked what he had bitten by and I told them I did not know. After treating for anaphylactic shock and he was not improving, they determined it was likely a rattle snake, which turned out to be true. They helped us transition to a 24 hour emergency hospital and by the time I got there, the doctors were already apprised of his situation and they were able to act immediately with anti-venom. Two thumbs way up!! I am super impressed with this facility and its doctors. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

Dr. Hewitt, Andrea, Corey, and his vet tech, Isabel, were amazing, patient and kind.
My cat was an abandoned stray and has serious trust issues. When they went to listen to his lungs, they couldn't hear anything because he was so busy purring.
Turns out it was just a scratch so he received some antibiotic eye ointment and he has a follow up in a ten to fourteen days.
Wonderful facility, wonderful staff. I highly recommend them.

"This is my third visit taking in a kitten for her 812 and 16 week old vaccinations and her rabies. Jackie, the vet tech was delightful, great personality Talked with us, listened about my kitten unusual history.
Dr Cook came in, and my kitten had never seen a male before. Baby in my lap He told me what he was going to do, to talk a little loudly to distract her. he reached in and petted her, and made her acquaintance, Examining her mouth showing the teeth health, eyes, eye lids. Handed her to him, he continued examining, as he palpated told me what he was feeling. He was wonderful with the kitten and me. Watching Baby, helped keep her still. Oh, I saw the pain in her face and eyes with one injection. Dr. Cook said it’s because the medicine is cold. I gave her a quick Lovin. She walked back into her carrier where she felt safe. We reviewed if worming medication was necessary. Not needed.

Mi niña y yo tuvimos una experiencia sumamente agradable llevamos a nuestra Coneja lo cual es complicado ya que no en cualquier clínica veterinaria le dan atencion a este tipo de animalitos desde que llegamos la atencion de las chicas de recepción fue muy amable y muy atentas con respecto al ambiente de la clínica es super agradable, limpio y moderno, luego pasamos y la chica que nos atendió también muy linda un trato muy agradable y luego nos atendió el Dr Cook muy profesional muy atento demasiado amable y paciente nos encantó como reviso a la conejita detalladamente se tomo su tiempo y la examino demasiado bien y todos los consejos que nos dio para su buen desarrollo y cuidado.
